1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Beacon Round Rock Concrete for any concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Beacon Round Rock Concrete. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Beacon Round Rock Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services including but not limited to driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, slabs, footings, retaining walls, stamped concrete, decorative concrete, and commercial flatwork. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if material costs increase significantly between quote and project start date.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly. Beacon Round Rock Concrete is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, marking underground utilities, obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed), and providing accurate information about site conditions. Clients must ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas for safety. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our services. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Concrete may develop minor surface cracks due to natural settling and curing processes, which are considered normal and not covered under warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beacon Round Rock Concrete's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If work has already commenced, the client is responsible for payment for work completed and materials purchased.

10. Changes to Terms

Beacon Round Rock Concrete reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
